Shipping Policies
In order to assure maximum freshness, quality and availability we ship orders directly from our warehouse in Costa Rica. Once the orders arrive into the US they are locally delivered to you by UPS. This process is transparent and there's no further action required after placing your order.
Please allow a minimum of one week and a maximum of three for delivery via UPS Ground in the US, taking into account the transit time between Costa Rica and the US or your country of origin.
